Coroner: Driver at fault in Wyoming crash that killed 5 was intoxicated, high

Whitney SunRhodes was found to be impaired by both alcohol and marijuana when she caused a head-on crash in Wyoming that killed herself and four others. The crash victims were ruled homicides.
